Delivery Information
Every piece is carefully finished, beautifully packaged and sent fully insured, so it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.
UK Delivery
We offer free, fully insured UK delivery on all orders. Every parcel is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery: tracked, signed for, and normally delivered the next working day after dispatch.
- In-stock pieces: dispatched within 24–48 hours
- Made-to-order pieces: usually dispatched within 2–4 weeks, depending on the design
- Bespoke pieces: timescales agreed with you when we quote
We keep our most popular pieces in stock. Because of the range of ring sizes and options, some pieces are made or adjusted especially for you. If your piece isn't in stock, we'll contact you with an estimated dispatch date before any payment is taken.
You'll receive an email confirmation within a few hours of ordering, or when we reopen if you order outside working hours. We're open Monday to Thursday, 9am–6pm, and Friday, 9am–1pm (UK time).
Your card is authorised when you order, but no payment is taken until we've confirmed your order with you. For made-to-order pieces, that's only once you've agreed the delivery date.
Once your jewellery is on its way, you'll receive a tracking email.
Delivery and Security
All parcels are fully insured and need a signature on delivery. For your security, parcels can't be left unattended or redirected once dispatched. If you're not in, Royal Mail will leave a card so you can arrange redelivery or collection.
Packaging
Every order arrives in our gift packaging, secure and ready to give. Every piece is UK hallmarked, and diamond pieces over £500 can come with a free independent WGI grading report on request. See our guide to grading reports.
International Delivery
Online checkout is currently for UK addresses. International delivery is available on request: contact us with the piece you'd like and your delivery country, and we'll quote for fully insured, specialist delivery.
Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, charged by the destination country on arrival. We'll explain what to expect when we quote.
Need It by a Certain Date?
If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering. We'll always do our best to meet it, and if we can't, we'll tell you straight away and suggest alternatives.
